Daniel dropped by last night after he and R finished their gym sessions. We talked about Anne and their blooming love story. The whole thing amuses me but the way I see it, Daniel and Anne are having a difficult time figuring things out.

Daniel says:

1. He is the lead man in their project and since the project is closing up soon, he is really busy tying up some loose ends therefore he doesn’t have that much time to spend with Anne.
2. For the first time in many years, He got himself into some sort of a relationship. He is used to being alone so having Anne that soon also “scares” him a little bit.
3. He likes Anne very much. He wishes that she could be a little bit more patient with him.

Anne says:

1. She doesn’t know where she stands. When they’re alone, Daniel is extremely sweet and nice to her but when they’re with other people, Daniel is being distant.
2. She likes him very much but she doesn’t know if he truly likes her too.

My take on this particular thing:

I don’t think Daniel is “scared”. This is just his way of saying that she disrupting his schedules and his routines and he is not comfortable with that. As for Anne, I can understand her. The cat and mouse chase is over so it is normal for her to want to know if he is still interested. That’s why she sends him 20 text messages in one minute. Once he can prove to her that he is still into this then she will loosen up. I honestly believe that they like each other but both still doubt about what the other truly wants. Are they truly in this thing or Anne is just in for the money and Daniel is just in for the sex? Knowing both of them, I don’t think that they are these kinds of people. They just have to figure that out by themselves.

R’s take on this thing:

Because everybody now knows about Anne and Daniel, a lot of R’s colleagues are asking him to ask me to introduce them to my friends. R’s answer: WE ARE NOT A COUPLING OFFICE. Hahahaha. I love my husband very much.
