It’s been two days since we got back from our wonderful vacation in the tropics and while we are glad to be back, we are not particularly happy that it is still cold here. As somebody who grew up in the tropics I really hate it when it is cold and those great 3 weeks of warm sunshiny days in the tropics made surviving the rest of the winter specially difficult. But I still feel lucky because unlike my husband who has to regularly drive to his work, I don’t need to go outside everyday. I can be inside our well-heated flat for the whole day and not be bothered about getting cold at all.
