Improve Your Bathroom

The bathroom is one of the most used rooms in people’s houses but because you only spend a short time of the day in them, they are often neglected. Bathrooms, in terms of aesthetics, don’t get as much thought as the other rooms in the house and this is wrong. Our homes are always a reflection of ourselves and each and every room deserves equal attention—cleaning, decorating, and furnishing wise. Every room, though it can be uniquely designed from the others, should be treated like a puzzle piece that completes the whole character of the house. Being said so; don’t you think it’s about time to bring some style into your bathroom?

Since renovating by do-it-yourself programs are becoming more and more common these days, you’ll be sure to find a way to inexpensively refurbish your bathroom. And you can easily uninstall it too to take it with you when you move into another house. Anyway, once you installed the bathroom vanity set of your choice, the rest is easy. You can make the bathroom vanity set as the focal thing around which all other accessories in your bathroom should revolve. Choose bathroom accessories like shower curtain, foot rug, etc that will match the vanity set. After that, you probably would like to spend more time in your bathroom than usual.

Opps, I Need to Loss Weight!

Marcus and I made an agreement to visit the gym three times a week. I wasn’t my idea but I agreed because Daniel and Anne are doing the same so it’s a good time for me and Anne to have a chit chat. We started last Sunday and after 15 minutes of running on the belt and 4 to 5 sit ups, I declared myself “tired” and decided that no further cajoling can make me inflict pain on my beautiful body. Hihi.

Anne doesn’t need to lose weight. Anne is way too slim in contrast to Daniel and I am sure that Anne is there just because Daniel, who is so determined to lose weight, is there. Our case is different, my husband and I really wanted to shed some body fats off.

My-ever-so-kind-and-polite Marcus insists that I also do not need to lose weight—I just need to tone my muscles up a little bit to emphasize my curves. Nice words when he really meant… I’ve got a big belly. Haha.

I honestly think that for a 5’4” tall gal, 55kls is a little bit above agreeable weight already. So I need to lose at least 2 or 3 kilos. I know I can do that…not by doing work outs but by reducing what I eat. I don’t like working out though I can hear you saying it’s good and healthy. It’s just I cannot depend on myself to be disciplined in doing workouts. I am better at controlling how much I eat.

So here’s what I’ll do. Go to the gym (because I agreed to), study my German notes there (hihi), have a chit chat with Anne (*wink), then go home but I will definitely watch how much I eat and what I eat all the time…or at least until I achieve my desired weight.
