Hi! I panicked after reading your post. I too had to get a computer eye glassses because I was experiencing severe eye strain. Geeze. I panicked when I read that far from helping my eyes out, the glasses will tempt my eyes to become lazy. sigh

Im near sighted since high school so i wear correctional eyeglasses.
What sturck me from your article is that im close often at the monitor while working on my pc. It reminds me i have to be extra cautious again to care th eyes.

Hi!
my eye sight seems to deteriorate every two years or so. I do wear glasses when I work on the computer, which I find more comfortable than contact lenses. If I don’t wear them I get an awful headache!

I think I also need to wear an eyeglasses. I tried using my friend’s eyeglasses one time and i was surprised my vision is much clearer.
