Computer Slowdown

Once my computer encountered a major slowdown. At first, I thought that the slowdown was caused by viruses that I unknowingly caught from surfing the net so I tried running my antivirus software. After the long full scan, my anti-virus software reported that my computer doesn’t have any virus infection and it is free from malicious programs so I got confused. I asked a fried about it and the advice was I should empty my temporary internet file folder because a full temp folder also causes slow down. I did that but still there was no change in my computer’s speed.

So I did a little research on my own and I learned that installing and uninstalling software can also cause computer slowdown because while doing so, your registry sometimes get errors and these little errors are the culprits for your computer’s inefficiency. I also read that there are a lot of free software that can scan windows registry for errors so what I did was to download one of them, installed it and ran it. I was so pleased because it worked.

If you are experiencing the same problem (or any other technical problem) with your computer, you should also try to do some research because most of the time, the solution is already there.
