New Co-Blogger’s Having Cold Feet
Here’s another thing. I made a lot of hasty decisions in the past that eventually got me into trouble. You know… that spur-of-the-moment-kinda-thing-that-turned-out-to be-a disaster stuff that really screwed me up most of the time. Oh well, I can easily bounce back fast too so, it’s really no big deal. But then, I always hope that I should be more careful all the time.
But not all decisions I made in the past turned out to be a disaster. Some were blessings in disguise. Others were those that could have been better if I had been a little bit patient. [Sad to say, Patience is not my middle name, so no chance of it.] And a few were really something I am proud of.
Yesterday, I had a good chat with Vienna [the real owner of this blog and a gem of a friend] about blogging and other silly stuff that I used to bug her about. She has been mentoring me for a while in this crazy cyber jungle because I had to admit, I am a computer disaster too. I don’t know how the conversation turned out but what I remember was - I committed myself to write and co-author this website - MyPinkNotes.com, out of the blue. “What the heck did I do this time?” is what you will read in the conversation bubble right above my head now.
Oh well, too late to back out now. As you have noticed I already wrote my first post here and of all topics, about “toilet, its significance and symbolism “. Well, I don’t know if it was some sort of an initiation rite or something but Vienna has a real good sense of humor. She conned me to believe that I can write well, and she instantly touched my narcissistic side and before I knew it, I was in the bathroom sitting pretty in the potty doing my own business and getting some inspiration in the process. I wrote the post in 20 minutes flat while Vienna wrote a post that officially introduced me here. So it’s official now. I am now your new MyPinkNotes.com co-author.
I think I don’t need to tell everything about me here because in the next few days or weeks or months, [depending on my mood] you will eventually know who and what kind of a person I am. Vienna will take a leave of absence soon and I will be babysitting this blog until she comes back from her vacation. So, I hope that you “fans of Vienna” out there will give me a chance and I hope that you will not blame me if her PR4 will go down to 0. Let’s, all cross our fingers now.
