Multi-Tasking
My friend from Singapore is online right now. And we are chatting [as of this writing] while doing the laundry, watching my step-son and writing another write-up for my other blogs. Yes, I am multi-tasking right now. And that is the only way I can deal with my social life which honestly speaking has taken a back seat since I came here to Maine and become a homemaker. What can I do? I have a life to leave. And complaining won’t do any good either. So the best I could do is to do everything all at the same time. It’s effective and it makes sense to me, somehow.
I hear you, it has been a long time that I was able to sit and eat my food in peace. Once, I had to write for my site, answer phone calls, text my siblings and read the newspaper. Multi- tasking is a skill inherent in women.
