Hubby Turned Great Shopper with Ecommerce

I am furious. My computer is not working good and I need it badly. I will go crazy without my computer. Well, knowing my mood, Hubby just knows how to tame the devil in me when I am in a bad mood. He got me a new PC Notebook.

Well, it was not that easy but he knows just the right place to get the right stuff. When it comes to electronics, Hubby knows where to go to get the best deal – Shopping.com and Dealtime.co.uk. They are the best online stores for all kinds of toys for the big boys [and girls too]. They are both superb ecommerce search engines that offer thousands of great deals for online shoppers like me and my hubby. He likes these two shopping websites because they have a complete lists of stocks with competitive prices and brand names and he doesn’t have to drive down the store so he has more time to do other important things. Compare Notebooks was the first thing he did and that led him to my new Acer TravelMate which was cheap and delivered right in our doorstep.

Now I am happy and so is hubby.

Bathroom Traffic Jam

bathHubby was furious. He wanted to use the bathroom but his eldest daughter was inside for almost 10 years now. (Nah, I’m just exaggerating.) It’s a common situation in the house, so I am neither bothered nor surprised.

My step-daughter is a bathroom hog. She spends hours in the bathroom doing her personal business other than taking a shower and fixing her hair and make-up [like reading mails, consolidating bills, chatting on the phone, drinking beer, and only-God-knows-what-else-she-does-there]. I can’t complain. I used to be like her when I was in the Philippines. The only difference was… I was the only one who lived in the house and I didn’t have to share the bathroom with other people except with my youngest brother who only came home on weekends. And if ever I did have to share the bathroom… I still don’t because we have another bathroom in the wash area. So I am a certified bathroom hog.

My Favorite Things

groceryLast night, we ran out of eggs, milk and dishwashing soap. So I asked Hubby to run in the store to pick up those items if he wanted to have breakfast the following morning. And he obliged. He took a pen and ripped small piece of paper out of his son’s school work. He scribbled something and asked me… “anything else, sweetie?” I said… “and a chocolate bar”. He came back after half an hour with the groceries and the bar of chocolate. I was happy. This is just one of my favorite things… not doing the grocery, that is. [Oh, I just love when Hubby is doing some errand for me.]
